Meet The Team At Le Plan Manager

Hi my name is Sarah and I have been with Le Plan Manager for just over a year. I am a Wollondilly local, being brought up in the Couridjah area. I have been happily married for 25 years and have 4 gorgeous sons who are all adults now living close to home, with one getting married next year and also expecting my first grandchild in two months! I really enjoy living in the Southern Highlands area because of the country-like atmosphere you get without being too out of area, I can get everything I need within an hours drive in all directions.
Before coming to work with Interchange Australia I previously worked as an Insurance Consultant for 7 years with a large insurance company. I started at Interchange in early 2019 as a receptionist and expanded my role to Le Plan manager in 2020 when the clientele grew and they needed more staff. Just the past year we have grown from 60 clients to 135 clients! My favourite part about Interchange Australia itself is definitely the staff, the big happy faces I get to see 5 days a week and all the different personalities make my job so worth it. My role with Le Plan I would say is very similar to being a Bookkeeper, we claim, pay bills, manage funds, and ensure our clients aren’t over spending. When thinking about my role with Le Plan Manager I think I would have to say my favourite part about it is definitely the feeling of knowing I am helping clients with their needs on a day to day basis.
Hello I am Christine and I have been with Le Plan Manager for just over a year. I am a Southern Highlands local living in Hilltop and was brought up in the Catherine Fields Area. I have been married for 25 years with 3 gorgeous children aged 21, 15 and 11, who are all still living with me at home. I really love the area I live in because of the peacefulness of the small close-knit community, although I would prefer to be living up the coast on Hamilton Island – Who wouldn’t!
I previously worked for 14 years in my families Mechanic business doing admin, payroll, and bookkeeping, but when we sold the business I needed to look for something new, and that’s when I started with Interchange in my role on reception. After less than 6 months on reception, Le Plan Manager became so big that they needed more staff, and that’s when Sarah and I began our incredible role with Le Plan Manager. My role with Le Plan Manager is the same as Sarah’s, I claim for clients, pay bills, ensure clients don’t overspend, and manage funds. What I love most about my job is the fact that no two days are ever the same, everything is always different. The job comes with its challenges and that’s what I love most, I love to be challenged in my work and am always up for a good challenge.
