At Interchange Australia our Day Options programs are based around the following four categories:
- Life & Learning
- Socialising & Leisure
- Education
- Health & Wellness
Tailoring our programs at each location to suit individual interests, needs and abilities as well as NDIS Goals, helps ensure that each of our participants remain engaged in the programs and achieve their goals. Transport is available to and from all day options locations, with modified buses catering to participants with mobility difficulties.
Join us each month for a new Thursday/Friday adventure! Enjoy outings, activities, and opportunities to connect, explore, and create memories.
Join us for fun, and exciting experiences throughout the September/October school holidays. Running from Monday Sep28th – Friday Oct 9th 2026.
Our Day Options Locations
Southern Highlands
Located in the picturesque Southern Highlands we currently have two Day Options houses running Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Springett house is located in Burradoo set in a quiet, natural leafy setting, and Travis house is conveniently located in the heart of Bowral within a short walk from the railway station for those travelling independently or wanting to learn skills and build independence such as utilising public transport.
Goulburn
We have two Day Options houses – Lagoon and Clifford House – conveniently located in the heart of Goulburn, both a short walking distance to all amenities such public transport, entertainment, fitness facilities, parks, libraries, shops etc.
Narellan
Located in the heart of Narellan, we have two Day Options houses side by side conveniently located next to the town centre creating a world of opportunity for our participants to engage with the community.
