Interchange Australia offers a variety of individual supports tailored to suit your needs, meet your goals and assist you to live more independently. Our qualified, experienced and caring support staff can assist you with all aspects of everyday living.
Individual services available include:
Personal care
Domestic assistance – cleaning food preparation and cooking, gardening etc
Grocery shopping – assisted or unaccompanied
Transport services – doctors appointments, outings etc
Supports in employment
Day trips and social support
Flexible respite care – daytime/overnight (at home or at any of our respite locations)
