Alongside our main campuses, we are proud to support communities across Cooma, Queanbeyan, Bega, and Eurobodalla. Our services in these regions extend to the aged care community, ensuring individuals and families have access to the care and support they need, close to home.

Bowral, NSW
Bowral is home to the Interchange Australia Head Office, located at 3 Forest Lane, just over the train tracks in the heart of town. In addition to our administrative centre, Bowral is also home to two of our key service properties: Springett House and Travis House. In Bowral (and surrounds) we offer both disability and aged care services.
Springett House
Nestled in the tranquil surroundings of Burradoo, Springett House is a beautifully appointed, fully accessible space featuring modern amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Operating 5 days a week as part of our Day Options program, it also provides Respite services on evenings and weekends. Springett House is also the central meeting point for our popular Interchange Adventures programs.
Springett Studio
Adjacent to the main house, Springett Studio offers a flexible and creative space designed for group activities, learning, and social connection. It is used for 1:1 services during Day Programs and Respite, and also serves as the meeting point for our ASDESI school holiday program.
Travis House
Travis House is our second Bowral-based Day Options property, open 7 days a week, year-round. It provides a vibrant and engaging environment where participants can enjoy a variety of programs tailored to their interests and goals. Travis House is also home to our Friday Night Dinner Groups and School Holiday Programs, creating fun, friendship, and meaningful experiences in a supportive and inclusive setting.
Narellan, NSW
Our Narellan Campus consists of three beautifully appointed homes located in the heart of Narellan on Somerset Ave. The campus offers the best of both worlds, just 15 minutes from picturesque farm visits and bush trails, while also being a short trip from the vibrant activities and attractions of Sydney. Primarily, the Narellan Campus is utilised for Day Options during weekdays, with Respite care available in between.
Narellan Cottage
Narellan Cottage is our newest residence in South West Sydney. It provides Respite throughout the week and on weekends, while also serving as the rehearsal space for our Narellan band Infinite Potential and the home of our Narellan Performing Arts programs. On weekdays, it also offers additional space to support our Day Options program, making it a versatile and creative hub.
Kookaburra House
Kookaburra House is a thriving Day Options campus, conveniently located in the heart of Narellan and right next door to Narellan Cottage. Its central location creates endless opportunities for accessibility, adventure, and creativity, making it an ideal place for participants to connect, explore, and grow.
Somerset House
Somerset House, located beside Kookaburra House in central Narellan, is designed with comfort, accessibility, and community in mind. Operating as a Day Options House on weekdays, it offers fully accessible spaces, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Open 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, Narellan Cottage, Kookaburra House and Somerset House ensure there’s always something happening at our Narellan campus.
Goulburn, NSW
Goulburn is home to our second Interchange Australia office, located at 13 Montague Street. Here, our team of experienced consultants and account managers are ready to assist you in navigating and accessing the services that best meet your needs. The region also features two of our dedicated properties, Clifford House and Lagoon House. In addition to these, we proudly provide both disability and aged care services throughout the Goulburn community.
Clifford House
Clifford House is our newest residence in Goulburn, just a short walk from the town centre and our Montague Street office. In its early stages, Clifford House is primarily used for Day Programs, running weekdays throughout the year.
Lagoon House
Opened in 2020, Lagoon House was our very first residence in Goulburn. This 4 bedroom home is only minutes from the town centre and our Montague Street office. Today, it is a lively hub for Day Programs, Respite, and a meeting point for Interchange Adventures, offering a warm and vibrant environment full of energy and connection.
