What is Interchange Adventures?
Interchange Adventures Peer Support Program is perfect for participants who are looking to get out and enjoy a wide variety of fun and engaging activities throughout the greater Sydney region, as well as the central and south coast and regional areas. We offer outings and activities that suit everyone’s interests, abilities and budgets. If there is something you want to do that you don’t see in our calendar let us know and we will do our very best to include it in the next one!
The aim of Interchange Adventures is fun, friendships and experiences! Interchange Adventure group outings run each Saturday year-round (excluding public holidays) with a small break over Christmas and New Year. We also hold two dinner groups on the first and third Friday of each month. Our qualified and experienced support staff are there to assist you throughout every adventure ensuring all your needs are met, providing you with the best experience possible.
Costs
For participants receiving services under the NDIS, hourly charges apply in line with the current NDIS price guide. For participants that do not have an NDIS plan or who have limited funds in their plan, a fee for service option is available which is at a comparable rate to the NDIS hourly charges.
Each activity also incurs additional out of pocket charges which will vary depending on the activity. Our outings are all inclusive (unless otherwise specified) so all you need to do is book in, dress for the occasion and turn up!

Our May – August Interchange Adventures calendar is packed with unforgettable experiences! From the dazzling lights of Vivid and an exciting whale watching cruise to winter festivals, a magical snow day at Corin Forest, and fascinating attractions like Madame Tussauds and the Museum of Illusions, there’s something for everyone across this calendar!
January - April 2026
We are starting off 2026 with a bang! From the thrill of a Rodeo Day Out to adventures at Jamberoo Action Park, messy fun with Splatter Painting, and the excitement of the Royal Easter Show… there will be no shortage of fun across these four months!
