Interchange Australia has truly been a wonderful experience for me. The staff—especially Donna, Kylie, Alison, John, Kim, and all the lovely team members—have been so helpful, kind, and supportive.
I take part in the Travis House programs, attending the fortnightly Monday cooking class where I have learned some great new skills, and the weekly Friday adventure day program.
On Fridays, we occasionally go out to exciting places and do fun activities like movie days, arts, and crafts.
I also receive one-on-one support with my support worker, as well as domestic assistance.
I join the holiday programs whenever they run.
A special thank you to Janelle, who organizes all of my day programs and is just wonderful.
I always look forward to my programs, and I am so grateful to everyone here!
