Thank you Interchange for sending her such a lovely and wonderful lady today. Monique was pleasant to talk to, took an interest in me and went above and beyond for me. Monique carried all of my groceries and helped unload and put them away and I could tell she genuinely liked helping people, making me feel important and cared for.

I have been carrying out CHSP yearly reassessments of clients and have received an overwhelming reaction of gratitude and praise from all of the clients who receive services from Support Worker Charlie. In particular this week I completed a reassessment of a client who sang Charlie’s praises in his care, his kindness and his attitude. She feels so safe and well supported by Charlie that he enhances her quality of life.

I must say that the outing’s that Interchange organises for weekend support is quite superior, in consideration of others. Each day’s activities are nicely taken care of and safe for all. I look forward by default to each Saturday. Thank you Team IA!

Thank you for the wonderful care taken at Interchange Adventures last weekend, I have not seen Charlie laugh and smile so much in such a long time!

We would like to thank so much all the staff at Interchange and Springett House for the care and support for not only our Kate but all the clients who are very lucky to have a wonderful service like Interchange, especially in these uncertain and unusual times. Kate loves the staff, the friends she has made and having weekends away at respite – and if Kate is happy, we are happy, so thank you all! Rachel loves going to day program & respite at Narellan interchange, she thrives on socialising, hanging out with her peers, which could only be achieved by the care & respect given to her by the supportive staff. Rachel comes home often exhausted from activities, outings & time with friends with a big smile on her face, just proving she is living her life to the best of her ability with the help of interchange staff.
