After 9 years with Interchange Australia, myself and my family are very appreciative of the NDIS and Interchange’s program. All I can offer is 9/10, leaving room for improvement always. I would like to recognise Maria for her care & organising my services and always ensuring I have what I need. Danni my awesome shopping and shower lady as she brings joy and happiness, Kelly my shower lady for her kindness and care, and Lily my cleaning lady for our long conversations and care.
I would like to commend the effort of these terrific ladies that help my mum in so many ways. She lights up when talking about how they help and what they do that day together. It gives her some joy and independence in and otherwise now restricted lifestyle and I am so grateful for these ladies as I cannot giver her that time as unfortunately I have to continue working. So thank you.
Thank you to all involved at Interchange for their professionalism, communication, attention, and care. During my short term as an Interchange/AVEC Care client, I feels the level of support provided to my Aunt Marjorie was by far superior in all aspects to the care delivered by Marjorie’s Home Care Package provider. I would also like to thank support staff Shali, Monique, Janet, Kerrie and Catherine for their professionalism, compassionate care and respectfully supporting Marjorie’s dignity of risk.

Oisin has had a great time at the program. He has been excited to arrive at school in the morning and was smiling and happy when we picked him up. We will definitely be enrolling him in holiday care again!
I wanted to pass on my compliments to Support Worker Shay, she is efficient, friendly and always makes sure Peter is safe, happy and comfortable throughout his whole service.
Thank you for your time and help getting the extra services sorted out for mum. Mum is really happy with the services, and all the carers coming in to shower mum have been absolutely wonderful. I believe this is making a really positive difference in mums quality of life, and she enjoys the chats with the carers after her shower. We are really very happy. Thank you.
The care my mum has been provided is outstanding and I is sure that having the Interchange support staff there is giving my mum a new lease on life. We have met a fair few different staff members and the care and support from each person has been amazing.

My wife and I were at RockCan on Saturday night and you and your team are to be congratulated on organising a great night. All the acts were fantastic and we can’t wait to see Goulburn come next year. Even though the non-Interchange performers are good we are really there to see the Interchange talent. Maybe in the future as the talent pool increases RockCan will be totally Interchange performers. I was so impressed this year I bought a T Shirt. Looking back in time when Stella lived with my parents it’s an absolute miracle how much Stella does now as back then it was challenging to get her out once a week. Stella is living life far above what I thought possible for her and she is doing amazing. I really appreciate you sending me all the information and responding so quickly to all my questions as I thought it would take a lot longer. You are outstanding and I’m very impressed.
Thank you Interchange for sending her such a lovely and wonderful lady today. Monique was pleasant to talk to, took an interest in me and went above and beyond for me. Monique carried all of my groceries and helped unload and put them away and I could tell she genuinely liked helping people, making me feel important and cared for.
I would like to express how great Tim has been at Narellan House. We had retro disco day here yesterday. Tim went absolutely above and beyond to ensure the participants had the best day possible. He bought up laser lights, flashing lights and much more. His energy is amazing and everyone one loved the day. We could not thank him enough and the smiles that he bought to everyone’s faces was amazing.
I have been carrying out CHSP yearly reassessments of clients and have received an overwhelming reaction of gratitude and praise from all of the clients who receive services from Support Worker Charlie. In particular this week I completed a reassessment of a client who sang Charlie’s praises in his care, his kindness and his attitude. She feels so safe and well supported by Charlie that he enhances her quality of life.
