Here at Interchange Australia we pride ourselves on the wide variety of options we provide each and every one of our clients. From performing in a band, to nursing seedlings to full grown plants, then harvesting the plants to prepare and cook meals – we really enjoy and thrive to provide programs that suit everyone’s needs, wants and capabilities.
We believe that acquiring services, getting help, receiving care and finding activities should be an easy task, not a complicated and time consuming one. Which is why here at Interchange we offer over 14 different services in the one place. Our services consist of Aged Care – Commonwealth Home Support Program & Home Care Packages. NDIS Services – Day Options, Interchange Adventures, Respite, Individual Support, Support Coordination, Steps to Success, Getaways, Performing Arts Program and Radio Program. ASDESI – Kids Holidays Programs. And also additional Private Services. Our services are all individualised to Interchange Australia and differ from other providers in the Southern Highlands and surrounds.
Interchange Australia’s point of difference is the amount of thought and planning that goes into the programs we provide each and every one of our clients. Our programs are individually selected and organised, we plan and manage every day that you spend with us so that you are always doing something enjoyable while also learning important skills and making friends. Our Day Options program especially, is individually coordinated to involve activities that provide life skills in fun and interactive ways, each of these programs are individually selected and coordinated into 3 month slots and each week the individual programs change or evolves. We split our Day Options program into 4 categories which branch out into 3-5 sub-categories each, filling up the days with fun, learning and adventure.
Unlike other providers we offer a program called Interchange Adventures – 5-7 times a month we hold adventures for any of our clients to attend. We plan on a 6 month calendar and every month is different to the next, there is never an adventure repeated, giving you fun filled, educational and adventurous activities all year round.
As a non for profit organisation our sole focus is on the quality of care we provide to our customers. We take pride in the amount of time and effort that goes into planning all of our separate programs and services and our staff spend plenty of time ensuring we work on how to be better, be more relatable to our clients, improve our knowledge and to expand the quality of services we provide to our clients.
